Rancho Bernardo started out as a huge cattle ranch before becoming a master planned community originally created for retired seniors. Since then it has become an upscale middle class community in the City of San Diego.
Did I mention that Rancho Bernardo High School has a great baseball program that has launched the careers of many Major Leaguers including Cole Hamels, Hank Blalock and Wynton Bernard? The Rancho Bernardo Broncos also was the secret training facility of The Punt God, Matt Araiza of the Kansas City Chiefs.
The shirt is blue, because that's what Rancho Bernardo loves. True Blue. RB Blue. It comes in just short of Dodger Blue.
We did some brainstorming on an icon for the shirt and we just happened to stumble on a old retired guy wearing a sombrero that looks a bit like Bernie Sanders. What a coincidence!
